Primary Care Physician

A regional healthcare system is seeking a Primary Care Physician for an outpatient practice in Norfolk. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work four 10-hour days, joining a team of six other physicians. The role includes a 2-year salary guarantee, sign-on bonus, and quality/patient satisfaction bonuses, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Practice Info
- Outpatient practice in Norfolk
- Clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8 am - 5:30 pm
- Clinics have both imaging and lab services onsite
- Joining 6 other physicians
- High-end office setting with full staff support
- Well-established concierge group with experienced staff
Responsibilities
- See an average of 10 - 12 patients per day
Compensation
- 2-year salary guarantee, then RVU productivity
