Legal Data Research Assistant

We are a Legal Recruiting Agency with a global reach seeking a Research Associate to work in our Century City office and work directly with the CEO who travels frequently and primarily works out of New York. Our researchers build, manage and maintain all client data and information pertinent to the recruitment process for the best partner-level lawyers in the world. You will be doing open-source research and creating files to assist in our recruitment strategy. We work with very high-profile clients and top 100 law firms around the world, this is a great position for a recent grad who is interested in gaining legal experience and is results-driven. You must be high energy, take direction well, have extreme attention to detail and be able to take on long hours in a fast-paced environment. Job Details Contract type: Full-time Location: Century City office, New York (CEO travels frequently) Work hours: 40+ hours per week, some nights & weekends Must start immediately You must have a BACHELOR's DEGREE, sorry no exceptions! Preferred skills: data-entry experience and demonstrated computer skills; prior experience in the legal field or an overall interest are not necessary. Good majors for this role: accounting, English, political science, pre-law, computer science, business, economics, psychology, communications, etc. Salary: $20.00 to $22.00 /hour You are compensated at an hourly rate but your salary depends on how many hours you put in (up to 60K!)
