Isaacs Neighborhood Center (Isaacs Center) is a non-profit, multi-service organization focusing primarily on the needs of children and low-income families, out-of-school and out-of-work youth and aging New Yorkers. We operate at community centers located in the neighborhoods of East Harlem and Yorkville, and seek to deliver programs that are impactful, innovative, and intergenerational. Position Summary The Stanley M. Isaacs Neighborhood Center (Isaacs Center) is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly focused individual to serve within the larger scope of formal and informal learning of the Education and Workforce Program, ages 17-24 years old. The individual will carry their own caseload of up to 30 participants and will work with their caseload in conjunction with multidisciplinary staff onsite to address barriers, formulate treatment plans, make referrals, complete required documentation, and assist participants in meeting their goals. Weekly supervision will be provided by the Clinical Director (LMSW/SIFI) at the Stanley M. Isaacs Neighborhood Center. Responsibilities Maintain a caseload of up to 30 participants. Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to address barriers and formulate treatment plans. Make referrals and complete required documentation. Assist participants in meeting their personal and professional goals. Schedule Monday–Friday, 35 hours per week. Salary $47,115–$51,500 Additional Information Candidates must have the required qualifications to be considered for the position.
