Now Hiring: Assemblers / Production Helpers

Location: Jefferson City, TN

Pay: $18.32/hour — paid weekly!

• Monday–Thursday: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Overtime: Fridays & Saturdays (as needed)
• Typically voluntary with advance notice

Looking for stable, hands-on work with room to grow? We’re expanding our team to support the assembly of industrial equipment. No advanced experience required — training is provided!

• Assemble parts using basic tools
• Follow simple diagrams and written instructions
• Keep materials organized and production moving
• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable standing throughout the shift
• Basic mechanical or tool experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and follow directions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jefferson City, TN.

The pay range for this position is $18.32 - $18.32/hr.
