This fully remote, full-time entry-level role supports payment operations, policyholders, adjusters, and carrier teams across New Jersey. Job Responsibilities: Review approved claim files before payment release. Match payment amounts to settlement documentation. Enter disbursement details into claim platforms. Route exceptions to adjusters for clarification. Maintain payment notes and supporting records. Qualifications: Bring familiarity with claims terminology and payment workflows. Interpret loss reports, settlement letters, and payment instructions. Use spreadsheets to compare amounts and identify discrepancies. Handle confidential policyholder information with care. Learn claim platforms and disbursement procedures quickly. Communicate clearly with adjusters and internal payment teams. Work remotely within New Jersey.
