Primary Therapist Outpatient Job posted by Evolve Adolescent Behavioral Health – Sacramento, CA. Evolve Treatment Centers is looking for a Primary Therapist to join our team at our newly opened PHP/IOP facility in Sacramento, CA! This position provides you the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of teens and their families. Payrate: 80,000 - 85,000 for unlicensed and 90,000 - 95,000 for licensed. Hours: Monday–Thursday between 9am and 7pm. Your actual workday will be 8 hours within that time frame, and at least two days each week will be scheduled 11am–7pm. Fridays will be 9am – 5pm. Responsibilities and Duties Maintain a reasonable caseload (including individual and family sessions) Complete all necessary documentation on time in EMR Facilitate weekly therapy groups, including DBT Groups Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases to clinical team Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admission Coordinate after‑care with parents and Discharge Coordinator Requirements LMFT/LCSW/LPCC or associate ACSW/AMFT/APCC Must be able to pass a background check Exceptional clinical judgment Ability to work in a fast‑paced, challenging, and dynamic environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, FSA PTO, paid sick, paid community service, bereavement, holiday pay Employee EAP Program 401k with match In‑house CEU and training For information on Evolve's privacy practices, see the Evolve California Personnel Privacy Notice located at #J-18808-Ljbffr
