Job Description

Plan, organize, implement and evaluate patient support services within Women's Health. Supports program directors, managers and supervisors. This position ensures that assigned programs and projects are effective and operating effectively. The Program Administrator works in collaboration with leadership to coordinate vendor relationships and maintaining all of the standards and requirements of Swedish compliance. Oversees staff as assigned. Provide outstanding client and patient communication and customer service.

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Healthcare, preferably Women's Health
• 2 years of Program Coordination and/or Operations Leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
• 1 year of financial or accounts payable experience
• 1 year of office procedure experience
