Sample Coordinator

Our Client, an American Multinational Clothing and Accessories Retailer company, is looking for a Sample Coordinator for their San Francisco, CA location. Responsibilities: Manage and organize seasonal product samples for use by the creative studio and visualmerchandising team. Track sample arrivals, maintain accurate records, and communicate any delays or issues to the appropriate teams. Assemble and maintain sample racks and closets to ensure accessibility and organization. Support studio set preparation and maintain overall studio cleanliness and efficiency. Assist with seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in collaboration with the visual merchandising team. Prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and support team goals. Support with photographing studio(run this thru copolit) Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in retail, studio, or sample management preferred. Strong organizational and planning skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Excel, email, and the ability to quickly learn new systems. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
