The Jesse Barrera Agency, a Top 1% Farmers Insurance Presidents Council Agency , is growing rapidly and looking for a motivated, competitive, and coachable Insurance Sales Representative to join our Scottsdale team.

This isn't your typical insurance sales job. We provide qualified leads , industry-leading training, and hands-on coaching so you can spend more time closing business and earning commissionsnot cold calling.

Responsibilities

Convert agency-provided leads into new insurance clients
Build relationships with prospective customers
Conduct insurance reviews and identify coverage needs
Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
Follow up on warm leads and referrals
Maintain accurate CRM documentation
Achieve monthly sales goals
Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale
Participate in daily coaching and sales meetings

Requirements

Highly motivated and competitive
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Coachable and eager to learn
Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, text, and email
Goal-oriented with a desire to earn an above-average income
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
