$120k-$130k base + benefits

Blayze Group is partnering with a well-established Colorado General Contractor looking to add an experienced Superintendent to its Denver team.

The company has been established for more than 30 years and has built a strong reputation across the Colorado construction market, delivering a diverse portfolio of commercial, education, municipal, community and technically complex projects.

This is a particularly good opportunity for a field-first Superintendent who came up through carpentry or another hands-on trade. The business has a strong builder-led culture and values people who genuinely understand how projects come together in the field, rather than simply managing them from behind a desk.

The Role

• Take ownership of day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, manpower, deliveries and site logistics
• Drive the project schedule and manage short-term look-ahead planning
• Maintain high standards across safety, quality and workmanship
• Review drawings and specifications and proactively resolve field issues
• Lead subcontractor meetings, inspections, punch and closeout
• Work closely with the Project Manager while maintaining ownership of the jobsite

What They're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
• Previous background as a Carpenter, Lead Carpenter, Foreman or similar hands-on trade
• Clear progression from the trades into field supervision
• Strong commercial General Contractor experience
• Ground-up and/or significant commercial renovation experience
• Strong scheduling, subcontractor coordination and site leadership skills
• Someone who takes pride in the details and genuinely enjoys running work in the field
