About the Role:

North Houston Refrigeration LLC is looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our growing team in Pasadena, TX! This is a hands-on role where you'll be at the forefront of keeping refrigeration and HVAC systems running at peak performance for our valued customers. Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and residential refrigeration and HVAC systems

Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections on refrigeration equipment

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues efficiently

Complete service calls in a timely and professional manner

Document service reports, parts used, and work performed accurately

Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs, recommendations, and system status

Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and refrigerant handling standards

Requirements:

Prior experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or a related service trade

EPA 608 Certification preferred or required

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions
