Collections Manager
NextStep Recruiting has joined hands with an amazing Law Firm as they are seeking to hire a Collections Manager to join their team. This is a remarkable opportunity to join an incredible team on a contract basis.
Requirements for this opportunity include:
- Lead and support a team of AR/Collections Specialists in a professional services environment.
- Help transition the team from a reactive to a more proactive collections approach.
- Implement and refine collections strategies, policies, and best practices.
- Handle escalated client accounts while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Partner cross-functionally with billing and operational teams to improve overall processes and reduce DSO.
- Experience with Elite 3E and/or Intapp software is highly preferred.
- MUST have law firm collections experience or strong professional services collections experience.
