The Customer Service Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and callers. This position involves managing front desk operations, supporting customers proactively, and ensuring efficient communication flow. The ideal candidate will be personable, organized, and skilled in multitasking.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors promptly and courteously
- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide customer support and address inquiries
- Perform accurate data entry tasks
- Handle general inquiries both in person and by phone
- Provide information regarding company services and policies
