- Set up and operate screen printing presses to produce high-quality prints.
- Monitor printing processes to ensure consistency and quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
- Mix inks and prepare screens according to job specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area for safety and efficiency.
- Assist in training new staff on press operations and safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing is a plus.
- Proven experience as a screen printing press operator or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Familiarity with color matching and ink mixing techniques.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
