Operations Finance Analyst

The TL;DR Role: Full Time Type: Full-time Location: In-person, Undisclosed Team: Operations Finance team Mission: Analyze manufacturing costs and financial performance, providing essential insights for strategic operational decisions, planning, and reporting. Tech Stack: Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, modeling), ERP systems What You’ll Actually Do Financial Oversight: Support comprehensive financial planning, accurate forecasting, and precise month-end close activities to maintain financial integrity. Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of manufacturing costs and overall financial performance, identifying key drivers and areas for operational efficiency. Business Partnership: Partner effectively with site leadership and cross-functional teams to drive financial results and provide actionable insights for site management, S&OP processes, and global reporting. Investment Evaluation: Validate the financial impact and viability of productivity initiatives and capital investments (CAPEX) to ensure alignment with business objectives. Financial Accuracy: Ensure robust accuracy across P&L and balance sheet reporting, and actively support budgeting processes by incorporating key assumptions and business inputs. The Must-Haves Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Previous experience working with ERP systems. Skills: Strong Excel proficiency, encompassing pivot tables, advanced data analysis, and financial modeling; an analytical mindset coupled with strong attention to detail in all financial data; demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders; strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner across teams; proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment; willingness to travel up to 20% to support various operational sites.
