Human Resources Specialist

Duties
Provide technical guidance on Federal benefits, compensation, personnel processing, payroll, leave, and workers' compensation matters.
Serve as the primary customer-facing business partner for Shared Service Center customer accounts and service integration.
Coordinate issue resolution among customer agencies, technical staff, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
Plan, lead, and monitor customer implementation, transition, maintenance, and account-startup activities.
Draft project proposals, agreements, cost estimates, funding documents, and related account documentation.
Analyze service data, customer feedback, trends, risks, and performance indicators to recommend improvements.
Lead meetings, briefings, status updates, and working groups on customer requirements, service issues, and improvements.
