We are hiring sales representatives.

If you have worked in construction and want to move into sales, this is your window.

If you already know exterior sales, this is your chance to step into a system built to help you scale.

• Insurance communication
• Crew scheduling

What You Will Do

• Meet with homeowners and inspect exterior projects
• Educate customers on roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and decks
• Help customers move forward with projects
• Stay connected throughout the job process
• Build relationships and generate referrals

What You Can Earn

• Uncapped commissions
• Typical earnings range from $5K to $20K+ per month
• Monthly bonuses based on performance and focus
• Senior reps start at top commission levels
• Leadership path available with overrides as a trainer

Our proven system has supported reps producing $1M to $2M+ annually.

Who We Are Looking For

• Sales experience or construction background
• Strong communication and follow up
• Coachable and driven
• Comfortable working with homeowners
• Motivated by income and growth

Exterior sales experience is a plus, but not required.
