• Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 base salary annually + commission

A Day in the Life of the Regional Sales Representative

In this role, you’ll act as a key growth driver for our client by expanding their presence within the healthcare space. You’ll be responsible for generating your own leads, building strong regional relationships, and managing the full sales cycle from first contact through contract close. You’ll spend your time splitting between in-person client meetings, virtual presentations, and strategic outreach to healthcare organizations such as clinics, providers, and medical groups. Your work directly contributes to growing revenue cycle management partnerships and helping healthcare organizations streamline billing, claims, and administrative processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Build and manage a regional sales pipeline through self-generated leads, networking, referrals, and local outreach
• Prospect and generate new business with healthcare providers, clinics, and medical organizations
• Conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings, presentations, and consultations
• Sell revenue cycle management services including billing, insurance claims management, and credentialing
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract close
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Identify client needs and recommend tailored service solutions
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM systems
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay current on healthcare industry trends, reimbursement updates, and competitor offerings
• Collaborate with operations and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client transitions

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven sales experience (preferably in B2B or healthcare-related environments)
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
• Ability to travel for client meetings with reliable transportation
• Professional communication style and ability to represent the brand well
• Self-motivated with strong time management and accountability
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
• Existing healthcare industry relationships preferred, but not required
• Healthcare revenue cycle management experience preferred, but not required
