What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia care for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
• Respond to after-hours emergency anesthesia calls
• Collaborate with anesthesia team and healthcare staff to ensure patient safety
• Cover off-site anesthesia needs during scheduled on-call periods
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient care
• Participate in on-call scheduling, including long weekends in Fredericksburg
• Assist with preoperative assessments and post-procedure care as needed

What You Need

• Valid CRNA certification
• Current unrestricted licenses or ability to obtain VA license
• Prior anesthesia or perioperative care experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to respond quickly during on-call shifts
• Flexibility to work long weekends and overnight shifts
