What You'll Do:

• Administer anesthesia to patients in various surgical procedures
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels accordingly
• Collaborate with anesthesia care teams and physicians pre- and post-operation
• Document anesthesia procedures and patient responses
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
• Provide patient care and comfort throughout procedures

What You Need:

• Valid CRNA certification and RN license in Virginia
• Significant anesthesia experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Key skills: patient assessment, anesthesia administration, vital signs monitoring
