As a Scheduler/Medical Records Coordinator you are instrumental in ensuring our residents’ medical records are accurate and up to date and that they have enough staff in the facility at all times to meet their needs. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Bella Terra LaGrange by securely and confidentially maintaining health records of our residents, handling requests for residents of medical records, ensuring resident medical records are given to authorized personnel internally and externally, and by scheduling employees to meet our resident’s needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of experience in an administrative, recordkeeping, and scheduling role.
