- Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday.
- Production days (Tuesday-Friday) 11:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m.
- Saturday maintenance start time is flexible

- Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures.
- Support first and second shift granulator operators in the granulator and tilt shredder departments.
- Perform routine maintenance and general upkeep on granulator equipment.
- Grease equipment components and perform other preventive maintenance tasks.
- Change blades, hammers, belts, motors, and bearings as needed.
- Perform dedicated granulator maintenance on Saturdays.
- Perform equipment inspections and report defects or needed repairs to management.
- Assist production and maintenance teammates as needed.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine equipment maintenance.
- Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions.
- Reliable and dependable attendance.
- Experience maintaining or repairing industrial equipment.
- Experience changing bearings, belts, motors, blades, or hammers.
- Mechanical maintenance or production equipment training.
- Previous maintenance, mechanical, industrial, or production experience preferred.
- Experience with granulators, shredders, conveyors, or similar recycling equipment preferred
