Become a part of our caring communityThis is a remote position.As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional product initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy and operational goals. You will oversee enhancements and integrations that advance clinical care management and enterprise technology solutions.You will translate business needs into scalable solutions and collaborate across clinical platforms, telephony, data systems, and enterprise architecture. Acting as a liaison between business and technology teams, you will support transformation efforts, improve operational reliability, and partner with Agile teams to deliver enhancements and continuous improvement. You will report to an Associate Director.ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage product enhancements that support clinical care management and business operations.Partner with business leaders and delivery teams to define priorities, requirements, and implementation plans.Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables remain on track.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate recommendations that support informed business decisions.Prepare clear project updates, status reports, and communications for leadership and stakeholders.Evaluate business needs and recommend process improvements that improve efficiency and the customer experience.Collaborate with technology partners to support product enhancements, system updates, and issue resolution.Assist with planning for new products, business initiatives, and operational improvements.Support product adoption by documenting requirements, coordinating testing, and validating business outcomes.Promote consistent processes and continuous improvement across product initiatives.Use your skills to make an impactRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree with 1+ year in clinical management systems, or 5+ years in Product Management1+ year with Jira Align, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools to manage features, stories, and decisionsProven ability to convey complex technical concepts to 3+ audiences (executive, technical, business) through written and verbal updates on a weekly or sprint-based cadenceRecord of leading 2+ cross-functional initiatives spanning technology and business domains, coordinating teams to deliver measurable outcomesExperience facilitating cross-functional meetings, PI planning events, and formal presentations for 10 to 100+ stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in business or healthcare1-2 years supporting Medicare and/or Medicaid programs (Special Needs Plans and state Medicaid Care Management), documenting requirements across system build, configuration, or enhancement projectsActive Epic certification(s) or hands- on Epic experienceCertified Product Manager (CPM), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or equivalent certificationDemonstrated success balancing strategic vision with operational execution in growth-oriented environmentsAdditional Information:This role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% (annually) for partner engagement and product projects.Typical Workdays/Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST or CST with some weekend hours requiredWork at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$104,000 - $143,000 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
