Firehouse Subs® Restaurant Shift LeaderWe are looking for the next ROCK STAR leader to join our family at Firehouse Subs® Restaurant! Part-time positions are also available. Shift Leaders must understand the importance of the customer experience and understand that they are the "Face" of Firehouse Subs. They must uphold our standards and embody the servant leader mentality.This job contributes to Firehouse Sub's success by assisting the Assistant and General Managers in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. This job requires the ability to deploy team members and delegate tasks to complete daily systems and procedures with 100% integrity.Essential Functions include:Responsible for customer product and service standardsFoster an environment of teamwork and positivityResponsible for delivering an exceptional customer and store experienceGreet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contactExecute quality store operationsClean store, small wares, and merchandise as necessaryMust be able to operate food preparation machineryAdhere to all food, safety and security guidelinesMust be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policiesAdditional Requirements:Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skillsAbility to stand, bend, and reach throughout assigned shiftAbility to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from -10° F to 40° FWork Schedule8 hour shift10 hour shift12 hour shiftWeekend availabilityDay shiftNight shiftOvertimeSupplemental PayTipsBenefitsFlexible scheduleEmployee discount
