Transit Operations Supervisor — On-Time Performance & Coaching

Fountain

Fountain is seeking a Road Supervisor based in North Carolina who will report to the General Manager. This role involves facilitating communication among field operations to ensure exceptional service delivery. The Road Supervisor will oversee daily activities, ensure compliance with safety standards, and support operators in resolving various issues. Requirements include a Commercial Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement, availability for flexible scheduling, and preferably 5+ years of experience in Operations Management in the transit industry.
