Director Human Resources

We are seeking an influential Human Resources leader to serve as a strategic partner to executive and operational leadership. This role is responsible for aligning people strategies with business objectives while helping leaders build high-performing teams, strengthen organizational capability, and create an engaging employee experience. The Director of Human Resources will play a critical role in shaping workforce strategy, advising leaders through change, and ensuring the organization is positioned for continued growth and success. Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and talent strategy. Partner with leadership to identify opportunities that improve employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational performance. Lead initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and build a sustainable pipeline of future talent. Drive succession planning and workforce planning efforts across multiple locations. Use workforce data and trends to inform decision-making and recommend solutions that support business goals. Coach leaders through complex employee matters while balancing business needs with employee experience. Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, creating consistency and excellence in service delivery. Ensure organizational practices remain compliant with applicable employment laws and company standards. Support organizational change initiatives and provide guidance during periods of growth, transition, and transformation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with increasing leadership responsibility. Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders to solve complex business and workforce challenges. Experience leading HR strategy across multiple locations. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people initiatives to organizational outcomes. Proven success influencing leaders and driving change in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of employment law, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
