In this role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of auditing and monitoring quality requirements, ensuring that our standards are consistently met and exceeded.Roles and ResponsibilitiesConduct inspections at First Article, PPAP, in-process, in-coming and completes the final inspectionsMeasure product conformance utilizing CMM (Creaform/Polyworks), and Virtek Laser Inspection machineCreate and edit CMM programs using PolyworksPerform PPAP, and First Article inspections to support the component qualification process.Read and interpret specifications and part printsWork with other company personnel to resolve inspection questions.Communicate with project engineers to ensure schematics follow the final productAll other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without noticeRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality-related position preferredProficient with ASME GD&TAble to accurately use micrometers, calipers, and tape measuresMS Office ExperienceGood communication skills and detail-orientedWage: $24.40 - 36.60 hourly. A starting hourly wage higher than $24.40 is based on a level of experience and education that significantly exceeds the minimum requirements and is commensurate with the compensation scale. Travel is required for training.
