Fatima Beheshti DDS - Dental Office Manager Join a boutique dental practice where patient care meets clinical excellence. Fatima Beheshti, DDS is looking for a proactive and organized Dental Office Manager to serve as the heartbeat of our Lafayette office. We aren't just looking for an administrator; we are looking for a leader who can cultivate a warm, professional environment for our patients while keeping our internal operations running like a well-oiled machine. Pay $25~$35 per hour Salary Details - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Employment Type Part-time Requirements Dentrix Eaglesoft Open Dental Expertise: Proven experience in dental office management or a high-level administrative role within a clinical setting. Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of dental legislation, including OSHA and HIPAA standards. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in dental practice management software and general office computing. Leadership Skills: Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a diverse team while managing schedules effectively. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for explaining office policies and resolving patient issues. Job Description Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day office activities, ensuring compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state/federal dental regulations. Patient Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring every visitor feels heard and valued. Team Management: Direct staff assignments, oversee hiring/onboarding, and organize essential training sessions to keep the team sharp and compliant. Financial Oversight: Manage patient financial accounts, insurance billing support, and office collections.
