The Company: Leixir Dental Laboratories are full-service state-of-the-art dental labs which offer a complete range of leading-edge dental products. Your job:
- Maintain professional relationships with key personnel and managers to influence the development of broad company strategies.
- Input the doctor’s prescription details, patient information and due dates in our system accurately to ensure on-time delivery and expedite them through the lab.
- Assist and support the department ensuring accuracy in LabTrac and checking the accuracy of the Dentists Rx.
- Assist in keeping the department organized and flagging any late cases.
- Ensure compliance of all client requests and lab procedure authorizations, quality job standards, quality product standards and company policies and procedures.
- Prepare work to be shipped out after QC process; pack and wrap all cases that will be outsourced and are ready for shipping.
- Make non-technical phone calls to the dentist’s offices to retrieve missing information from Rx.
- Process and input patient due dates in our system accurately to ensure on-time delivery and expedite them through the lab.
Your skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of dental lab products, materials and techniques preferred.
- Computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs quickly.

Location:
These 2 positions are located in Punta Gorda, Florida.
Our network of dental laboratories spans six states, with labs in Florida, Connecticut, Maryland, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Texas, and New York. The Leixir Home Office is in Tampa, Florida.
Interview Process

- Information Screening : The Talent Manager will have a 20-to-30-minute phone conversation focused on relevant work experience, compensation, role overview, and answering any questions you may have.
- Panel Interview : 45-minute interview with the Operations Manager. This will take place at the lab and will dive deeper into the role, technical knowledge, and requirements of the position. The candidate will have the opportunity to meet the team, tour the workplace, and gain a better understanding of the job’s functions.
- Offer : The Talent Manager will reach out with the details of the informal offer for discussion. After all the details of the informal offer are finalized, the formal offer letter and job description will be sent. At this time, we will complete a background check.
