Assignment: 8 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Days (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM), 36 hrs/week (0.9 FTE)
Schedule: Every 3rd weekend + holiday rotation

Requirements:

Active Wisconsin RN License
BLS/CPR certification required
Education verification required
3 years Skilled Nursing (SNF) experience
EPIC EMR experience preferred

Details:
Float to other inpatient units as needed based on census.
Holiday coverage required.
