Our client, a leading organization in document management and storage solutions, is seeking a Record Center Specialist 1 to join their team. As a Record Center Specialist 1, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Storage and Logistics Teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, physical stamina, and reliability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Other (08:00:AM - 04:30:PM)

What's the Job?

• Process orders and move boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials
• Manually lift, carry, and load boxes ranging from 10 to over 100 pounds
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Ensure proper storage and organization of materials within the facility
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and order processing

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a physical or warehouse environment
• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes regularly without assistance
• Physical stamina to kneel, squat, reach, and bend frequently
• Good reading and writing skills in English
• Ability to operate manual and powered material handling tools safely
