Maintenance Programs Lead

Maintenance Program Specialist (Job Code: XEAQ) Primary Purpose of Position: Responsible for development, implementation, and management of various maintenance programs that support the Maintenance Department. This position has a wide range of responsibilities but typically focuses on one primary area. Primary Duties and Accountabilities Coordinate completion of department core functions (as applicable to incumbent and split between specialists): Inspection readiness (Nuclear Safety Review Board, Institute of Nuclear Power Operations, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, etc.) Performance indicator generation including input of applicable Critical Data Exchange data Department website updates Oversight of Knowledge Transfer & Retention process Generation of department owned Plan of the Day material Program ownership (weld program, lifting and rigging, etc.) Department Training coordination Support of department Management Review Meeting package Perform analyst function for department (as applicable to incumbent and split between specialists): Support self-assessments, including performing report reviews Support benchmarking, including performing report reviews Support line with completion of Work Group Evaluations Organizational Readiness and Performance Improvement group with formal investigations Oversight for tracking and completion of department actions Maintain department Performance Improvement Action Plan (PIAP) Support of Clean Energy Center (CEC) committees and programs, examples include but not limited to: New Work Screening Committee Maintenance Rule Expert Panel Plant Operating Review Committee (PORC) Surveillance Frequency Change Program Cyber Security Assessment Team Safety Committee Foreign Material Exclusion Committee Configuration Control Committee Perform Business Analyst function for department (as applicable to incumbent and split between specialists): Contract management (contract generation, invoices, Comprehensive Performance Assessment, etc.) Development of budgets Tracking of department budgets Forecasting to support Business Operations Support of Workforce Planning Support special projects as needed, including oversight of contract personnel. Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 2 years of related experience Associate's degree with 4 years of related experience High school diploma/GED with 6 years of related experience Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties Preferred Qualifications Training / Scheduling background Business and contract managing experience Experience in predictive maintenance (vibration sensing, thermography, drone usage, etc.) Financial Analysis experience 8 years of utility or related-industry experience Previous Corrective Action / Root Cause Analysis Training Root Cause Evaluator qualification Knowledge of Contract Administration and Budgets Benefits and Compensation Salary Range: $95,400 to $106,000 (varies based on experience).
