Expected salary range: $133,200 to $148,000, varies based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). Primary Purpose of Position Directly responsible in supervising, developing, and coaching the assigned planners. Responsible for assigning, coordinating, and executing daily work activities to ensure a productive workforce that supports all Maintenance Planning goals in accordance with the Quality Assurance (QA) Manual, company policies, and local, state, and federal regulations. Provide supervisory oversight for planning of work packages for work to be performed by the respective Maintenance departments. Ensures packages are planned in accordance with Clean Energy Center (CEC) procedures with the highest quality, ultimately ensuring the CEC is maintained in a safe and reliable condition. Provide analysis and assist in developing recommendations to the Maintenance Planning Manager to allow strategic decisions for improvement of the work planning process. The Supervisor Maintenance Planning, when not performing the supervisor role, will plan packages (as applicable based on CEC). The Supervisor Maintenance Planning will also function as a backup to the Manager Maintenance Planning in their absence. Primary Duties and Accountabilities Supervises Maintenance Planners for scheduled and emergent work for both On‑line and Outage conditions. Ensures all assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently in accordance with CEC procedures and local, state, and federal regulations. Provides inputs to performance reviews for assigned planners. Provides development opportunities and coaching for responsible planners to drive individual and department improvement. Interfaces with Work Management, Supply, and Engineering to identify and resolve work package issues. Contributes to the Maintenance Planning Manager’s improvement areas, performs internal trending of planner performance, and provides corrective action program products as required. Reviews work packages for quality and readiness; verifies work instructions comply with all applicable CEC procedures, including Nuclear Safeguard Protocol (NSP), National Strategy for Space Nuclear Power and Propulsion (NSWPs), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Code, etc. Reviews and approves all required work packages, including 10.CFR50.59 screening or evaluation if required. Prepares or revises work instructions to guide the Maintenance Department on maintenance repairs, preventive maintenance, surveillance, and modifications. Fills in for Manager Maintenance Planning in their absence. Performs other job assignments and duties as directed by management, including emergency response, departmental coverage, call‑outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of related experience OR Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 4 years of related experience. Associate’s degree with 6 years of related experience. High school diploma/GED with 8 years of related experience. Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.
