Medical Director Physician

Weare seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a licensed physician who will splittheir time between team development and some patient care. The Regional MedicalDirector is responsible for the professional, organizational, andadministrative aspects of providing quality medical care to our Treatment Center patients throughout NYCarea.

Compensation: $275,000- $315,000 plus bonuses andfull benefits package.

KeyResponsibilities:

• ClinicalDuties: Provide high-quality patient care care as needed to support clinical operations.
• TeamDevelopment: Spend 3-4 days a week visiting sites to mentor and developclinical staff.
• Leadership:Oversee medical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations andstandards.
• Collaboration:Work closely with administrative and interdisciplinary team to improve patientcare and clinic operations.
• Training:Develop and implement training programs for medical staff to enhance clinicalskills and patient care.
• QualityAssurance: Monitor and evaluate clinical practices to ensure the higheststandards of care.
• ManageCare : Understand and Implement utilization management tactics and value-based care initiatives.

• Strategic Growth &Integration: Support the continued growth and integration of primary carepractices and clinical programs across the organization. Partner withleadership on provider recruitment, onboarding, practice development, andclinical expansion efforts.

Requirements:

• MDor DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Boardcertification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field.
• ValidNew York medical license, DEA, MedicareProvider ID, and Medicaid Provider ID.
• Provenexperience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
• Stronginterpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitmentto mentoring and developing medical staff.

• Experience overseeingmultiple providers, clinical sites, or interdisciplinary teams preferred.
