Travel Stepdown / PCU RN Opportunity

We're hiring an experienced Stepdown / PCU Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment .

Unit Details

• 30-bed Stepdown/PCU unit
• Patient Ratio: 1:4–6 (based on acuity)
• Shift: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM / 7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
• Every Other Weekend required
• No call required

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Stepdown/PCU experience
• Active RN license
• BLS & ACLS required
• Comfortable with:
  • Cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation
  • Cardiac drips including Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Heparin, Dopamine, Dobutamine, and Angiomax
  • Telemetry strip interpretation and documentation

Additional Information

• Travelers are expected to float to other inpatient units as needed
• 50-mile radius rule applies
• A copy of your unexpired driver's license is required at submission
• Any license disciplinary history must be disclosed at the time of submission
• Navy blue scrubs
• Orientation includes 2 days of general orientation and 1 day with a preceptor
