Facilities Maintenance Director - On‑Call Leader

Cantex is seeking a Maintenance Director to plan, direct and control the facility's physical plant. The role oversees electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other technical tasks while ensuring compliance with life-safety regulations and budgetary accountability. The position requires on-call availability, at least one year of maintenance experience (preferably in a SNF setting), and strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA standards.
