Develop comprehensive litigation strategies from case evaluation through final resolution. Supervise all phases of complex litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals. Conduct extensive legal research involving complex class action and procedural issues. Draft complaints, class certification motions, dispositive motions, appellate briefs, and settlement agreements. Conduct and defend depositions involving fact witnesses, corporate representatives, and expert witnesses. Represent clients during mediations, evidentiary hearings, settlement conferences, and trial proceedings. Present persuasive oral arguments before state and federal courts. Evaluate legal risks and advise clients regarding litigation strategy and settlement opportunities. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, experts, and litigation support professionals. Mentor junior attorneys and legal staff while providing guidance on litigation strategy. Participate in business development initiatives and client relationship management. Ensure compliance with court deadlines and litigation schedules. Manage multiple complex class action matters simultaneously. Qualifications Minimum 7 years of sophisticated litigation experience, including extensive class action practice. Significant experience managing complex plaintiff-side litigation independently. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Experience handling class certification proceedings and complex discovery. Excellent courtroom advocacy and trial preparation skills. Outstanding legal research, legal writing, and analytical abilities. Superior negotiation and settlement strategy experience. Ability to independently manage high-value litigation matters. Exceptional client communication and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and project management capabilities. Commitment to delivering outstanding legal representation and client service. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
