Brokerage Transaction Manager – Tenant Representation Mid-America Real Estate is a premier full-service retail real estate firm and a recognized Midwest market leader. We specialize in investment sales, tenant representation, and retail property management, delivering strategic solutions for shopping centers and retail assets across the region. We are seeking a Brokerage Transaction Manager to support brokerage and client teams through all phases of the commercial real estate transaction lifecycle. This is an entry-level to early-career opportunity with a clear path toward becoming a commercial real estate broker. Key Responsibilities Draft, edit, and manage Letters of Intent (LOIs), leases, and transaction-related documents Coordinate commercial real estate transactions from proposal through lease execution and closing Prepare site selection packages including mapping, demographics, market data, and property insights Conduct market research and property analysis to support client strategy and negotiations Track and manage deal flow, timelines, and critical dates across multiple transactions Maintain CRM databases, Excel models, and Smartsheets for properties, clients, and active deals Create client presentations, pitch decks, and leasing reports Ensure accuracy and consistency across all transaction deliverables Identify and implement process improvements and workflow efficiencies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field 0–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, finance, or sales support Understanding of lease structures, LOIs, and real estate transactions preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills Experience with CRM systems, Smartsheet, or real estate databases Familiarity with market analytics, demographics, and site selection strategy Interest in pursuing a career in commercial real estate brokerage Why Join Mid-America?
