Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionAt least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworksAt least 2 years of experience on AWS redshift Implementation and must have performed at least 2 large scale Migration from relational RDBMS to AWS implementation project5+ years of experience on ETL and Reporting tools and technologiesExtensive experience in Amazon EMR and related big data technology stackInformatica 8.x / 9.x Upgrade experience will be an added advantageCandidate should have extensive experience in providing AWS related architectural solutions by understanding client existing architectural tools & technologiesUnderstanding of Business Objects and Tableau reporting tools will be an added advantageExtensive experience on Migration planning, organizing and executing a large scale application / projectsProject / account management experience will be an added advantageExtensive experience on understanding the migration challenges and should be in a position to provide solutions without impacting the business and project timelineCandidate should have experience on validating data integration by developing and executing test plans and scenarios including data design, tool design, data extract/transform, networks, and hardwareMust have extensive implementation knowledge and experience on performance tuning and optimization on AWS redshiftEnhances information architecture and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; mentoring team members on AWS implementation solutions & approachExperience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand pointAt least 3 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teamsExperience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travelQualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
