Training Specialist

Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES Develops and provides IT and end user training on computer hardware and application software. Conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs. Prepares all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids). Prepares all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms). Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars. Develop training documentation, user guides, etc. Facilitate the development and use of training tools. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of Five (5) years relevant experience Must possess Secret Clearance DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II Overview We are seeking a Training Specialist to join our team supporting the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
