Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals across a variety of clinical and non-clinical roles. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications Assist the Client Service Manager in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, healthcare clients, and academic institutions Develop partnerships with colleges, universities, and training programs to build a pipeline of healthcare talent Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and industry networking functions Assistant the Client Service Manager in coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, credentialing, and licensing requirements prior to candidate submission to hiring manager Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Additional responsibilities may be introduced in collaboration with leadership to support evolving business needs Qualifications: Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, certifications, and compliance requirements preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient Why Join Us: Opportunity to play a key role in driving company growth Collaborative, entrepreneurial team environment Strong support from experienced recruiting and leadership teams Additional Compensation: Ability to make commission based on business development and recruitment #J-18808-Ljbffr SpineSearch LLC
