Lead Site Reliability Engineer

To enhance the reliability and operational excellence of critical banking platforms, the full-time Lead Site Reliability Engineer will design, implement, and improve SRE practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Design, implement, and support highly available and resilient applications and cloud infrastructure following SRE best practices Lead initiatives to improve system reliability and performance through automation and engineering excellence Define and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) for critical business services Required qualifications Strong experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace and OpenTelemetry Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and operational tooling Demonstrated experience implementing SRE practices, including incident management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Experience developing automated testing frameworks to ensure application stability
