Here is a sneak peak of the Cook’s purpose: Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces, storage containers and cooking equiptment You Will Own This If… Great teamwork skills and attention to detail. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Prior kitchen experience a big plus. Proficient in written and verbal English. Must have compassion for and a desire to work with the older adult population. Must exhibit and promote a high level of customer service, hospitality, curiosity and friendliness towards all prospects, residents, visitors, team members and the overall community. Interested?
