Occupational Therapy Assistant

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient-centered rehabilitation in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions, assist with evaluations, implement individualized treatment plans, and document patient progress. You will educate patients and families, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and help create a nurturing, dynamic environment focused on restoring independence and quality of life.
