Occupational Therapy Assistant

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient-centered rehabilitation in our inpatient healthcare setting. Working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you will provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ daily living skills, mobility, and independence. Responsibilities include assisting with evaluations, carrying out individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, and educating patients and families on home programs and adaptive techniques.
