What You'll Be Doing As a Field Service Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers' equipment is running smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Traveling to customer locations to install, repair, and maintain equipment. Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues on-site. Communicating effectively with customers to explain repairs and provide updates. Maintaining accurate records of service calls and completed work. Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and company policies. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need: 1 year of experience in a similar field or technical role.
