Senior Oncology Account Manager (Indianapolis)

Immunome seeks a Senior Oncology Account Manager to drive sales of varegacestat in desmoid tumors across Indianapolis and Louisville territories. The role involves building provider relationships, executing territory sales plans, and collaborating cross-functionally to establish market presence ahead of and following potential product launch.
Responsibilities
- Achieve territory sales goals and develop comprehensive business plans identifying priority accounts
- Deliver compliant clinical and value-based selling messages to oncology providers
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, KOLs, and multidisciplinary care teams
- Support speaker programs and in-office educational activities within regulatory guidelines
- Partner with Market Development, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs on customer engagement
Requirements
- Proven oncology or specialty pharmaceutical sales experience
- Track record of achieving or exceeding territory sales targets
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Knowledge of desmoid tumor treatment landscape and referral patterns
- Ability to communicate complex clinical and value-based messaging
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Cross-functional collaboration and account planning capability
