Business Development & Client Success Manager - Facility Management

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative / Sales Representative who understands the facility management industry and already has an established network of contacts and potential clients. The Opportunity This is not an entry-level sales position . We are looking for a proven sales professional who already has relationships within the facility management, property management, commercial real estate, retail, hospitality, logistics, or related industries. The ideal candidate has an existing book of business and professional network and is capable of generating qualified opportunities and new customers from Day 1. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing relationships with decision-makers, presenting our services, negotiating opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term customers. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities and develop qualified sales leads. Leverage your existing network and book of business to generate immediate opportunities. Build relationships with facility managers, regional facility managers, property managers, operations executives, procurement teams, and other decision-makers. Identify companies with nationwide or regional facility maintenance requirements. Present and sell our facility management and maintenance solutions. Develop proposals and coordinate internally with operations and estimating teams. Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract execution. Develop long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities to expand services. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer information. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Represent the Company professionally in meetings, calls, industry events, and customer interactions. Monitor market opportunities and identify potential strategic accounts. What We Are Looking For The successful candidate should have: Proven experience selling facility management, commercial maintenance, building services, or related services. An established book of business and network of industry contacts. Existing relationships with potential commercial customers. A demonstrated history of winning new accounts. Strong understanding of how facility management procurement and vendor selection work. Experience working with facility managers, property managers, corporate real estate teams, procurement departments, or similar decision-makers. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to independently develop and manage a sales pipeline. Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule and sales activities. Strong business development and relationship-building skills. Professional and results-oriented approach. Highly Preferred Background Experience selling services to companies such as: Retail chains Restaurants Hospitality groups Warehouses and distribution centers Logistics companies Commercial real estate companies Property management companies Corporate facilities Healthcare facilities Banks and financial institutions Multi-location businesses Experience with facility management platforms, national accounts, vendor management programs, or outsourced maintenance programs is highly desirable. Compensation This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission . The compensation structure is designed to reward successful business development and new customer acquisition. High-performing sales professionals have the opportunity to earn significant additional compensation through commissions.
