Director of Health & Wellness (RN/LPN)

Position Overview As the Director of Health & Wellness at Spring Mill, you’ll play an essential role in enriching the lives of seniors, creating meaningful connections, and making a difference every single day. Position Highlights Community Name: Spring Mill Status: Full-Time Schedule: Flexible leadership schedule with Manager on Duty (MOD) coverage, on‑call responsibilities, and operational flexibility, including occasional evenings, weekends, and emergency support Location: Phoenixville, PA Rate of Pay: $110,000–$115,000 Base Salary + 10% Annual Bonus What You’ll Do Clinical Leadership & Compliance Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and ownership standards Oversee assessments, service plans, and resident health documentation in accordance with state requirements Monitor clinical outcomes, implement corrective action, and lead quality improvement initiatives Partner with the Executive Director and department heads to align resident health and safety goals with community operations Maintain open communication with residents and families regarding changes in care or health status Resident Care & Services Lead the clinical team in providing exceptional care, including wellness checks, medication management, and service plan updates Ensure resident service plans are accurate and updated to reflect current health status Partner with physicians, pharmacy consultants, and allied providers to ensure continuity of care Support education and engagement of residents and families in the care process Team Leadership & Development Hire, train, schedule, and supervise nurses, care managers, and other clinical team members Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities for staff Foster teamwork, accountability, and a culture of compassion and service excellence Ensure adequate staffing levels, competency training, and clinical supplies to meet resident needs Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing in the current state required Minimum of one (1) year of nursing leadership experience; senior living experience preferred BLS Certification required Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage a clinical team Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems Participation in on‑call and Manager on Duty (MOD) coverage required Benefits You’ll Enjoy For eligible employees, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes competitive pay, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off and holidays, a 401(k) with employer match, paid training and career growth opportunities, wellness‑related benefits, and additional support through our Employee Assistance Program.
