Role ReadyMED LPNs provide direct, individualized patient care in urgent care settings across multiple regions, supporting providers with minor procedures, point-of-care testing, medication administration, and patient documentation. Responsibilities include Preparing examination rooms and sterilizing equipment Rooming patients, taking health histories, and checking vital signs Documenting care in electronic medical records Administering medications and performing injections/immunizations Assisting with in-office procedures and point-of-care testing Qualifications Graduate of an accredited LPN program Current Massachusetts LPN license or ability to obtain it Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred 1+ years of experience, particularly in ambulatory or telephone triage settings. Key details Role involves flexible hours with shifts between 8:00 AM – 9:30 PM, requiring travel throughout the region.
